Time for another Spotify playlist curated by Todd Snider for the readers of The Snider Files. Snider has been working on this list of songs he’s calling the “Paper Napkin Hall of Fame” playlist since his days in San Marcos, Texas, in the mid-to-late ’80s, as he explained in the following email:
