Todd Snider shares quasi-title song from 'Take the Blind Lemon Pledge and Stick It to the Man'

Todd Snider once again has kindly opened the vaults and shared some previously unreleased music with the subscribers to The Snider Files, and again it’s a track from his unreleased 2014 album Take the Blind Lemon Pledge and Stick It to the Man.
Unlike the original recording of “Burn Out Shoes,” the previous track Snider shared with The Snider Files, the album’s quasi-title song “Blind Lemon Pledge” was not reworked by Hard Working Americans for their second album Rest In Chaos.
Like the rest of Take the Blind Lemon Pledge and Stick It to the Man, “Blind Lemon Pledge” mostly features Snider, aka Blind Lemon Pledge, playing and singing all the parts with a few accompanists here and there. On this track, Snider’s HWA bandmate Duane Trucks contributes drums and percussion.
