Following miles of winding two-lane road through the Catskill Mountains in upstate New York, I found myself pulling into the Full Moon Resort, a sprawling piece of land in the Esopus Creek valley surrounded by mountains on all sides. The Hippies playing music on the lawn let me know I was in the right place.
